How to Grant Domain & Hosting Access to Far Side Consulting
If you're working with Far Side Consulting, follow the platform-specific instructions below to securely grant us access to your domain or hosting provider. This allows us to configure DNS records, set up your website, and manage essential backend tasks without needing your login credentials.
GoDaddy
- Log in to GoDaddy.
- Go to Account Settings and select Delegate Access.
- Click Invite to Access and enter: brandon@hellofarside.com.
- Choose access level: Products & Domains.
- Far Side Consulting will receive an invite to accept using our GoDaddy account.

Squarespace
Note: Google Domains customers were migrated to Squarespace, so if your domain was previously with Google Domains, use these steps.
- Log in at Squarespace.com.
- Go to Settings > Permissions.
- Click Invite Contributor.
- Enter brandon@hellofarside.com and assign us as Administrator.

Wix
- Log into your Wix dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Roles & Permissions.
- Click Invite Collaborator.
- Use email brandon@hellofarside.com and select Admin or Website Manager.

Domains.com
- Log in at domains.com.
- Navigate to your account settings or dashboard.
- Check for a section called Users or Account Access. If it's available:
- Click Add User and enter brandon@hellofarside.com as the user email.
- Assign a role such as Tech or Admin, giving DNS permissions.
- If there is no user delegation available, please either make the DNS updates yourself or temporarily provide login access.

Namecheap
- Log into Namecheap.
- Go to Domain List > Manage > Sharing & Transfer.
- Enter our email: brandon@hellofarside.com under Share Access.
- Choose permissions: enable DNS and related settings.

- Click your profile > Account & Users.
- Click Add User.
- Enter brandon@hellofarside.com and assign role: Tech or Account Manager.

IONOS
IONOS doesn't have an invite system for regular hosting. Options:
- Create a temporary FTP/WordPress user for brandon@hellofarside.com.
- Use the IONOS Agency Partner Portal for secure access.

- Login to your site at
yourdomain.com/wp-admin. - Go to Users > Add New.
- Set email: brandon@hellofarside.com and Role: Administrator.
- Send us the password or check the box to notify us by email.
