These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Far Side Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to web design, SEO services, and software solutions. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that your organization accepts these Terms.
2. Service Offerings
a. Web Design: We offer web design services on a subscription or project-based pricing model. Clients may choose the pricing model that best suits their needs.
b. SEO Services: Our SEO services are provided on a retainer basis, with payment due at the beginning of each month. We do not guarantee specific SEO results but commit to providing dedicated SEO efforts.
3. Scope of Work
Our services, including SEO, may include tasks such as on-page SEO, off-page SEO, blogging, and creating landing pages, as outlined in our fulfillment policy.
4. Payment
a. Invoices for web design projects are issued according to the chosen pricing model (subscription or project-based).
b. SEO services are billed on a monthly basis at the start of each month.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, content, and access to resources required for project fulfillment. For SEO services, clients should communicate their budget, goals, and preferences.
6. Changes and Revisions
Clients may request changes or revisions during the project. Additional work beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing within four days of the invoice or credit card charge. Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in our fulfillment policy.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not permitted without written notice of cancellation within the specified timeframe. If no written communication of cancellation is received within four days of the invoice or credit card charge, refunds are at the discretion of Far Side Consulting, as detailed in our fulfillment policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Far Side Consulting retains the rights to images and copy provided by the client for use in web design and SEO services, as outlined in our fulfillment policy.
10. Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate services with written notice. Applicable refund or payment settlement terms will be outlined in the termination agreement.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the results of our services, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
